Notice for Change in Constitutive Documents

UBL Fund Managers Ltd. has amended the Offering Documents of below mentioned Funds in accordance to S.R.O. 600 (I) / 2025 dated April 10th, 2025 through following Supplemental Offering Documents.

 22nd Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF)
 16th Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Sovereign Fund (AISF)
 17th Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF)
 17th Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Fixed Return Fund (AIFRF)
 9th Supplemental Offering Document of Al-Ameen Islamic Shariah Stock Fund (ASSF)
 10th Supplemental Offering Document of Al Ameen Islamic Retirement Saving Fund (AIRSF)
